DEOPR — the Directorate Enforcing Older Peoples Rights — exists to protect, support, and care for our elders with dignity.
DEOPR Caring Facility was founded on a simple belief: every elder deserves to be cared for with dignity, compassion, and respect. What began as a small community initiative has grown into a full facility offering frail care, meals, counselling, recreation, and a dedicated Victim Empowerment Division protecting our elders from abuse and neglect.
We work alongside families, volunteers, and social workers to make sure no elder in our care feels alone, unheard, or unsafe. Our doors — and our hearts — are always open.
