Track My CaseRecognizing the signs is the first step toward protecting the people we love
Any act causing physical pain, injury, or discomfort — including hitting, rough handling, or physical restraint used inappropriately.
Any non-consensual sexual contact or behaviour directed at an elder, regardless of the relationship between the parties involved.
Verbal threats, intimidation, humiliation, isolation from family and friends, or any behaviour that causes emotional distress or fear.
Unauthorized use of an elder's funds, property, or assets — including pressuring them into financial decisions against their wishes, or withholding pension payments.
You'll receive a unique case number immediately — save it to track your case's progress at any time, without needing to share further details.
A trained member of our Victim Empowerment team reviews your report and takes ownership of the case, investigating with care and confidentiality.
Once investigated, the case status is updated and, where needed, referred to appropriate authorities such as SAPS or social services for further action.
